This intuitive vocal and drum journey emerged through ancestral remembrance and the flowing medicine of Water.
The experience includes drumming, vocal sounds, guided grounding, breath work, and intuitive song transmission designed to support emotional release, inspiration, and reconnection with your inner world and Earth Wisdom Journey.
A brief portion of this journey includes a traditional drum circle chant that is shared within community singing traditions. I guide you through the two verses for you to learn and sing along. The remainder of the recording is original, heart-centered guidance that I felt in the moment with a desire to share.

Please listen in a safe and comfortable space where you can relax fully. This is not a drum transmission that you want to be listening to while driving or operating machinery. In order to get the full experience allow your breath and body to move naturally, pausing if needed.
